HGV Class 1 Drivers - Wigan | Ongoing Work with Fixed Rota
Are you an experienced Class 1 Driver looking for reliable, long-term work? We're recruiting for a leading logistics company in Wigan, offering competitive pay, guaranteed shifts, and a rolling 6-week rota with permanent opportunities available.
Hours & Shift Patterns
- 6 week shift rota which will include 3 weekends
- Start Times between 0700- 1200
- Paid Breaks
Pay: PAYE including Holiday Pay and Umbrella

Duties:
- Driving a HGV Class 1 vehicle with Box or Double Deck Trailers
- Store Deliveries across the Northwest
- Normally between 1 - 3 drops per shift depending on the location.
- Will include unloading at the store
- Completing daily vehicle checks and managing your driving hours
Skills & Experience:
- HGV Class 1 Driving Licence, CPC & Digi Card
- Will accept newly qualified HGV Class 1 drivers if you have previosu HGV Class 2 experience
- If you haven't had any HGV Class 2 experience, 6 months HGV Class 1 experience is required
- No more than 6 points for minor endorsements
- Experience with Double Deck Trailers would be an advantage but not essential
