As a Production Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

Creating and delivering recovery plans to address late production issues.
Minimising the impact of overruns and downtime across production lines.
Ensuring production resources are effectively planned and utilised.
Applying lean manufacturing practices to reduce waste and cost.
Supporting the scheduling process to maintain on-time delivery.
Leading and supporting the closure of ECRs and NCRs while driving reductions in internal NCRs.
As a Production Engineer, your experience will include:

A background in a production or manufacturing environment.
Experience creating structured plans to resolve production issues.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
Exposure to NCR and ECR processes.
The ability to analyse operational data and identify improvement opportunities.
A methodical, detail-focused working style suited to high blue or green behavioural preferences.
