Job Title: Plant Manager / Site Manager

£65,000 + Bonus + Company Vehicle

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Plant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a anaerobic digestion facility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant running of the plant, delivering optimal biogas production, managing a small operations team, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and supervise all aspects of plant operations, maintenance, and performance.

* Monitor and optimise feedstock inputs, biogas yield, and digestate quality.

* Ensure strict compliance with environmental permits, HSE regulations, and company standards.

* Lead and develop a skilled team of technicians and operators.

* Coordinate plant maintenance schedules and liaise with contractors and suppliers.

* Analyse plant data and prepare operational reports.

* Drive process improvement and cost-efficiency initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

* WAMITAB certification or equivalent (or willingness to attain).

* Experience with SCADA/PLC systems and maintenance planning software.

* Knowledge of feedstock procurement or waste sector regulations.
