TSR Legal is delighted to be working with a well-established and expanding law firm, now seeking a Legal Assistant to join their busy Private Client team at their Treorchy office. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a friendly and supportive team within a firm that is continuing to grow across South Wales.
The Role
You will support the Private Client department in delivering high-quality legal services, working closely with experienced solicitors and legal executives on a variety of matters including Wills, Probate, LPAs, and Estate Administration.
This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for someone looking to grow within a successful firm that values long-term progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, and probate forms
- Drafting correspondence and legal documents
- Managing diaries, booking appointments, and file management
- Liaising with clients, other professionals, and internal departments
- Supporting fee earners with general administrative tasks
About You:
- Previous experience in a legal assistant or administrative role (Private Client preferred but not essential)
- Highly organised, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident handling sensitive information with empathy and professionalism
- A team player who thrives in a supportive and client-focused environment
