🎯 What You'll Do:
Leasing & Administration:
- Respond to enquiries promptly and professionally via email and phone
- Manage resident expectations and queries effectively
- Conduct viewings with prospective tenants and record feedback
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes and property inductions
- Prepare inventories and arrange utility registrations
- Support branded marketing campaigns and assist with market research
Customer Excellence:
- Take ownership of the reception area, ensuring a warm welcome for all visitors
- Provide exceptional service to residents, contractors, and visitors
- Address resident issues and service requests within 24 hours
- Promote community atmosphere through resident events and recognition programmes
- Maintain regular 5* reviews and high customer satisfaction scores
Property Management:
- Assist with day-to-day reactive maintenance and property inspections
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Support the upkeep of communal areas and report any deficiencies
- Use property management systems (Yardi) for various transactions and reporting
💼 What We're Looking For:
Essential:
- Experience in property lettings or related business (student accommodations, serviced apartments)
- Excellent customer relationship skills with attention to detail
- Strong organisation and administration abilities
- Responsive and adaptable to fast-paced environments
- Clear and effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Intermediate IT skills including Microsoft Office and property management systems
Desirable:
- Private residential sector experience
- ARLA membership
- Yardi property management system knowledge
- Sales skills and confidence in promoting products
