We’re working with a well-established and expanding accountancy practice in Romford that’s looking for an experienced Audit & Accounts Manager to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified (or highly experienced) audit professional to step into a leadership role, managing a varied portfolio and playing a key part in the firm’s continued success.

• Managing audit assignments from planning through to completion
• Leading audits for medium to large clients, including group consolidations
• Reviewing accounts and tax computations
• Supporting advisory and value-added client work
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Mentoring and developing junior team members
• Travelling to client sites across the UK as required

• Strong audit and accounts experience within an accountancy practice
• Proven experience with group consolidations (essential)
• Good working knowledge of tax
• Experience with solicitors and/or charities (desirable)
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Competitive salary of £50,000 – £60,000
