My successful and growing client is looking for a New Business Supervisor to join them on a full time, permanent basis. Reporting to the company’s Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
• Ensuring your team continuously meet their KPI’s
• Ensuring all calls and emails are responded to promptly
• Developing and motivating team members
• Hosting team meetings, training and one to ones
• Produce and analyse reports
• Manage the recruitment, induction and training of new and existing team members
The hours of work are 39 hours per week Monday – Thursday 9.00am – 5.30pm Friday 9.30am – 5.00pm.
Commission which is calculated on a tier basis at 10%, 15%, 20% and 25% and is capped at 25%. This is assuming that all team members achieve their individual call targets and the sales value target is met.
