Assembly Technicians - Day Shift

We are seeking skilled Assembly Technicians to join a leading medical equipment company based in Farnborough. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who take pride in precision work and enjoy assembling high-quality mechanical products that make a real difference in the medical field.

Responsibilities:
* Assemble cabinets and mechanical sub-assemblies according to detailed specifications and work instructions
* Work across various product types, becoming fully familiar with all assembly operations
* Translate customer demand into accurate, timely product builds
* Ensure correct usage and replenishment of components in line with company procedures (max/min and 2-bin systems)
* Complete assembly build sheets accurately to record product compliance
* Maintain a clean, tidy, and production-ready workspace at all times

Requirements:
* Proven experience in mechanical or assembly-based roles, ideally within manufacturing or engineering environments
* Ability to read and follow technical documentation accurately
* Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
* Comfortable working with hand tools and mechanical components
* Team player with a proactive, quality-focused approach

Role Details:
* £13.00 per hour (holiday accrued) or £14.50 per hour (holiday paid)
* 37.5 paid hours per week (1-hour unpaid break per day)
* Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
* Location: Farnborough
