Our client feels now is the right time to recruit a Sales Administrator to add to the growing team on a temp to perm basis.

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Sales Administrator who is team focused and has a keen eye for detail.

Sales Administrator Job Role & Responsibilities include;

* Efficiently handle and process sales quotes and enquiries

* Manage sales orders from initiation to completion

* Log important information in the company CRM (Salesforce)

* Perform data administration tasks

* Ensure all relevant paperwork is accurately completed.

* Respond to emails and calls promptly

* Acquire adequate product knowledge to advise, implement, and amend sales orders.

* Contribute positively to employee welfare and help maintain a happy, productive, and safe working environment

Sales Administrator Specification

* Computers and systems literate

* Ability to communicate on different levels

* Pro-active, motivated and can share ideas and make this role their own

* Strong administration experience

* Excellent working knowledge of MS office programmes
