Position: Hospitality Summer Staff for Festivals and Events

Job Type: Seasonal (Summer)

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and hospitality
• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including booth assembly, decoration, and signage placement
• Provide excellent customer service by attending to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with health and safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of hospitality areas and equipment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or event support preferred
