Are you a nurturing and enthusiastic Nursery Teaching Assistant looking for a fulfilling role this September? A friendly and inclusive mainstream primary school in Esher is seeking a reliable and flexible TA to join their early years team.

This is a part-time role working across a weekly rotating shift pattern that covers mornings, afternoons, and full days. The shifts range from:

🕒 Typical Weekly Hours Include:

Monday: 8:30-3:45, 12:00-6:00, 1:00-6:00

Tuesday: 7:30-6:00, 8:45-3:15

Wednesday: 7:30-6:00, 8:45-3:30

Thursday: 7:30-6:00, 12:00-6:00

Friday: 7:30-6:00, 8:30-3:30, 12:00-6:00

About the Role:

Supporting children aged 3-5 in their early development

Assisting with personal care and play-based learning

Contributing to a warm, safe, and stimulating nursery environment

Working as part of a dedicated early years team

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in EYFS or nursery settings

Passionate about early years education

Strong team player with a positive attitude

Flexible with shift patterns

Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification (desirable but not essential)
