ROLE OVERVIEW:

This role offers an exciting opportunity to be one of the founding members of the Doncaster team, to apply your skills to the fast-growing field of clean technology, playing a leading role in the production of a new world-class design of compressor.

The successful candidate will be capable of working as a core member of the manufacturing team whilst ensuring supplier product and process' quality requirements are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Actively contribute to the development and execution of the company's strategic goals; specifically in its rapid expansion and aim to be an employer of choice locally
*Work closely with the local teams to provide comprehensive and confidential HR support.
*Be accountable for the development, deployment and management of the Company's Human Resources Management Systems; Operating procedures, Standards, Policies and Processes
*Work closely with the Senior Management Teams to develop a deep understanding of organisational structures, talent acquisition and management
*Develop and implement HR systems and processes that progressively manage and deliver personal and professional development as well as a focus on succession planning
*Support on all employment legislation, ensuring managers are coached and developed to manage ER effectively.
*Be accountable for the development and management of HR's Annual Operating Plan, Budget and Long Range Plans in support of the Company's business
*Responsible for internal and external HR audits
*Develop close working relationships with local external organisations to promote Lontra as an employer of choice and facilitate the ongoing pipeline of talent into the organisation

As HR Business Partner for Lontra, the successful applicant will be a fundamental part of our team, supporting all aspects of HR for the business. The role will create, develop and implement a high quality and progressive HR function and framework that ensures the company meets and exceeds its targets with respect to Company Values, Culture and Standards, Statutory and legislative ER obligations.

Thus enabling an innovative, vibrant, diverse and inclusive workforce with personal and professional development at its core.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

*Minimum CIPD Level 5 / Degree qualified
*Demonstrable experience in an HR leadership position
*Previous experience of a 'start-up' or rapid growth organisation
*HR Generalist, ideally with specific focus on Talent management, Recruitment and Learning & Development.
*Deep knowledge of key HR competencies; Employment Legislation, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits
*Highly IT literate in MS Office applications, and preferably experienced with HR systems / data management
*Effective time management, delegation and organisational skills.
*Effective written and oral communication skills
