Are you an experienced Machinist with strong skills on the Spindle Moulder and CNC machinery?
We are a leading bespoke joinery company in Walsall, producing high‑quality timber products for residential, commercial, and specialist projects - and we're looking for a skilled professional to join our growing workshop team.

You will be responsible for operating key workshop machinery to manufacture high‑precision joinery components, including:

• Setting up and operating spindle moulders safely and accurately
• Producing mouldings, profiles, and bespoke components
• Working from technical drawings to maintain exact tolerances
• Performing tool changes, adjustments, and routine maintenance

• Operating CNC woodworking machinery for precision cutting and shaping
• Loading programs and ensuring correct tooling
• Quality-checking finished components
• Working closely with bench joiners and production managers

We're looking for someone with:

• Proven machining experience within a joinery or woodworking environment
• Competence on the spindle moulder (essential)
• Experience with CNC routers / CNC machining centres (essential)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• A good understanding of workshop health & safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a skilled team
