Our client is seeking a talented and versatile Assistant Management Accountant to join their team on a permanent position. This varied and exciting role will play a key part within the finance team. This position offers flexible working hours and the opportunity for hybrid work.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the preparation of the monthly management accounts
• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and forecasts
• Analyse financial outcomes and highlight variances.
• Maintain and update financial models, templates, and costing tools.
• Ensure budget changes are properly controlled, authorised, and recorded.
• Collaborate with HR and Planning teams to align finances with operational plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven knowledge and experience of working in a similar position
• Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising and good people skills
• Experience using MS Excel/Word and handling sensitive data with a high degree of confidentiality.
