SALARY: £18000 - £19000/annum

This is a Temp to Perm role, so please only apply if you are available for an immediate start.   Our client has a vacancy for Receptionist/ Administrator in their Operations Department. This role is mainly reception but the candidate will also help out with raising documentation in the Export Operations Department. Duties will include:- - Various admin duties. - Taking incoming calls and transferring to departments. - Sorting all incoming and outgoing post/courier deliveries. - Meeting and checking in clients and visitors. - Helping out in our busy operations department (raising and issuing export documents) The Operations Department is very fast paced so the ideal candidate must be able to work accurately under pressure in order to meet deadlines. Hours Monday – Friday, 8.45am – 5.15pm.
