RG Consultancy are working closely with an excellent organisation who are looking for an experienced accounts/payroll clerk to join them on a full time, permanent basis.
This is an excellent role, working in a medium sized team of 2 other finance staff, reporting into the financial controller within the department.
Duties will include:
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Processing purchase invoices
- Matching and coding purchase invoices
- BACs payments
- Assisting with accruals and prepayments
- VAT returns
- Full end to end payroll using SAGE 50 (weekly and monthly)
- Dealing with HMRC and any pension queries
- Reconcile control accounts to the general ledger
- Other ledger duties
