We've partnered with a great primary school in the LS13 area to find a dedicated Teaching Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to support young learners and become an essential part of the school community.

• Lending a hand to teachers with lesson delivery.

• Supporting pupils one-on-one and in small groups.

• Helping to manage the classroom and promote good behaviour.

• Getting learning resources and materials prepared.

• Supervising pupils during school time and breaks.

• Maintaining accurate records of pupil progress.

• Working with other staff members as a team.

We're looking for a go-getter who really cares about helping kids grow! To be a great fit for this job, you should have:

• A Level 2 or 3 TA qualification, or equivalent experience.

• At least 6 months of recent experience in a UK primary school.

• The ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

• A deep understanding of primary education and child development.

• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.

• A commitment to working well with a team.

• A focus on safeguarding and child protection.
