1:1 Teaching Assistant - Reception (South Bristol, BS14)

We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a Reception pupil with ASD needs in a welcoming primary school.

Starting after October half term, you'll work closely with the Class Teacher and SENDCo to support the child's learning and development, helping them engage, grow in confidence, and enjoy their time at school.

We're looking for someone who can:

• Build positive relationships and encourage creativity in learning
• Adapt activities to meet the pupil's needs and emotions
• Support classroom preparation and contribute to lesson planning
• Share progress and concerns with staff to ensure consistent support

This role is ideal for someone patient, flexible, and passionate about making a difference to a child's early school experience.
