About the Role:

We're seeking a confident and results-focused B2B Sales Executive to help us drive new business growth through outbound calls and proactive client engagement. You'll be a key player in expanding our commercial reach by arranging qualified appointments for our Sales Manager to attend.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting outbound B2B calls to introduce our services and generate new business

Booking and coordinating appointments with potential clients for the Sales Manager

*

Identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads in a structured pipeline

*

Achieving and exceeding KPI targets related to lead generation and appointments

*

Collaborating with internal teams to support broader sales and marketing strategies

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in B2B sales and outbound calling (essential)

*

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

*

Motivated, target-driven, and proactive in identifying opportunities

*

Organised, self-sufficient, and comfortable managing your own workload

*

Experience within the cleaning, facilities, or service sector is beneficial (not required)
