Job Title: Mechanical Building Services Engineer
Location: Woking (covering local commercial sites)
Salary: £45,000+ per annum

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join our growing team, working across a portfolio of commercial sites in the Woking area. This is a permanent, full-time role offering a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and a company vehicle.

Responsibilities:

Conduct planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on HVAC and mechanical systems

Diagnose faults and carry out repairs across commercial buildings

*

Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures

*

Complete relevant paperwork and service reports on-site

*

Liaise with site contacts and internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

*

NVQ Level 2/3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

*

Experience working in commercial building services

*

Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, and plumbing systems

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
