Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (overtime paid at 1.5x)

Overview:

Red Rock Consultants are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Plumber to provide mobile plumbing services across Chelsea and Roehampton. This full-time role offers a competitive salary, company van with personal use, and the opportunity to work within the healthcare sector. This is a mobile role which would see the successful applicant travelling between 2 live hospitals.

Our client is a well-established MEP Contractor who specialise in health care construction. Always looking to expand and add there ever-growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance within live hospital environments

• Diagnose and resolve plumbing faults efficiently and safely

• Install and maintain pipework, boilers, radiators, and associated plumbing systems

• Service, maintain, and support air handling units (AHUs) and related ductwork

• Ensure compliance with water regulations, building codes, and health & safety standards

• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used

• Respond to emergency call-outs and provide timely solutions

• Communicate effectively with clients, site teams, and management

Essential Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating or equivalent

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Proven experience as a plumber

Desirable Experience:

• Experience working in a mobile/plumbing service role

• Knowledge of heating systems, boilers, and water regulations

• Experience servicing and maintaining air handling units (AHUs)

• Experience with emergency call-outs and reactive maintenance
