Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the classroom teacher to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.

* Assist the teacher in planning and implementing educational activities and lessons.

* Supervise students during classroom activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.

* Assist with the preparation of teaching materials and resources.

* Support students with their assignments and projects, offering guidance and feedback.

* Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.

* Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

* Assist with the implementation of behavior management strategies.

* Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and training sessions as required.

Requirements:

* Relevant qualifications in education or hands on experience

* Prior experience working with children or in an educational setting is advantageous.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.

* Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team.

* Organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

* Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic classroom environment.

* Basic computer skills and familiarity with educational technology are a plus.
