We are currently welcoming applications from enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to gain valuable classroom experience through supply work. Role Overview:As an ECT working on supply, you will:

• Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 (based on your experience and preference)

• Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and school cultures

• Build strong rapport with pupils, staff, and parents

• Follow school policies for behaviour management, safeguarding, and marking

• Gain experience across a variety of school settings to build confidence and expertise

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Passionate about teaching and making a positive impact

• Reliable, professional, and adaptable to different school settings

• Strong classroom management skills

• Up-to-date DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
