Daytime Healthcare are assisting a national Children's care provider, who are looking for a Registered Manager to manage our residential childrens sites in Greenford, London.

As the Registered Manager, you will be managing two sites, one of these is a 5 bed home and the other is a 1 bed home, and these homes are for children with emotional and/or behavioural difficulties. Both of these homes are based in Greenford and Ofsted registered.

As the Home Manager, you will lead and support a professional team of staff committed to transforming young lives and creating positive outcomes. We have a passionate commitment to our young people, placing them at the centre of everything we do and as the Home Manager; you will be a key player in building and extending this commitment.

The successful candidate will have:

• Must hold Level 3 in Residential Childcare AND Level 5 in Leadership and Management
• Must have at least 2 years at supervisory level within an Ofsted Children’s Home
• You must have an understanding and experience in supporting children with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
• Driving Licence is strongly favourable
