Reactive Maintenance Electrician- Enfield
Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting an Electrician for a permanent role.
Our client is a well-established, leading Electrical Contractor and due to continued growth, is expanding its electrical team. Working in a variety of properties including domestic and commercial, mainly social housing or council properties across London and surrounding counties. Works included basic accessory changes, consumer unit upgrades, lighting upgrades, fault finding, minor installation works, Emergency Lighting repairs, basic ventilation works, mains fire alarm etc.
Opportunity of promotion and heading up a team/supervisor role depending on performance. The post holder will assume responsibility for completing all jobs assigned to them by the company. The company will expect all jobs to be completed to a high standard with the job holder using all technical knowledge to do so.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Carry out electrical installation, maintenance and testing works as required.
* Have a good understanding of electrical systems and be able to identify/ report faults.
* Interpret electrical / site drawings when necessary
* Ensure safe working procedures in accordance with the current health and safety regulations and all other relevant regulations.
* Communicate with residents and clients when required.
Required Skills
* Good knowledge of the electrical industry
* Good understanding of Health and Safety requirements
* Good understanding of electrical and building regulations.
* Full UK Driving License
* Previous Electrical Experience
Qualifications (Essential)
* NVQ level 3 in electrical installation
* City and Guilds #removed# or equivalent
* CSCS/ECS card
You must have held a full UK driving license for at least 12 Months

* £38,000 - £40,000 Per Annum
