EYFS Tutor - Bury (BL9)
Support early learners through creative, play-based tuition.

We're looking for an experienced and nurturing EYFS tutor to work with young children in the Bury (BL9) area who are currently learning outside of mainstream education. These pupils may have SEND, be awaiting a school place, or require additional support, and your role will help them build confidence and essential early skills.

Tuition takes place one-to-one, either in the home or a local library. We're particularly keen to hear from educators with a strong understanding of play-based learning and the EYFS framework.

You'll be:

Delivering engaging sessions tailored to each child's needs

Supporting early development through play, creativity, and curiosity

Adapting your approach for children with SEND or anxiety

Helping children reach EYFS milestones in a calm, encouraging environment

Requirements:

Experience with EYFS and early childhood education

Confident delivering child-led, play-based sessions

Patient, flexible, and sensitive to individual needs

Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)

In return:

£25-£30 per hour (experience dependent)

Flexible daytime hours, Monday to Friday

Weekly pay via PAYE

Ongoing support and access to CPD

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
