A leading luxury seafront hotel in Devon is recruiting a Chef de Partie to join its professional kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Chef de Partie to work in a high-quality environment with a strong focus on consistency and guest experience.

The Chef de Partie will be responsible for running their own section and supporting the wider brigade during service. This role suits a reliable and organised Chef de Partie who is confident working independently and maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Run your own section during service
Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard
Cover 2 breakfast shifts per week (cooked to order)
Support junior members of the kitchen team
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards

Key Requirements:

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie
Confident managing your own section
Experience cooking breakfast to order
Good organisation and teamwork skills
Passion for quality food and consistency
