We're looking for an experienced Head of Operations to lead and grow a busy Bridging Finance operations team. You'll drive operational excellence, risk management, and strategic portfolio performance while shaping the future of our products.

What you'll do:

* Lead and develop operational teams, supporting professional growth and performance

* Monitor portfolio performance, assess risks, and implement improvements

* Lead Risk Assessment Forums and optimise recovery strategies

* Collaborate with Underwriting, Sales, and Recoveries to enhance processes and systems

* Approve facility extensions, tranche releases, and equity requests within delegated authority

* Maintain strong relationships with brokers, valuers, receivers, and third parties

* Ensure compliance with AML/KYC and internal policies

You'll have:

* Ideally, bridging or property finance operations experience, including credit and risk management

* Strong operations experience, including credit, risk, recoveries, and litigation knowledge

* Knowledge of legal recovery processes and facility agreements

* Proven leadership and team management skills

* Strategic, analytical mindset with excellent communication

* Ability to drive change, optimise processes, and deliver results
