Interim Housing Manager

One of the biggest housing associations in the UK is seeking an Interim Housing Manager to join their team on a fixed term basis.

Day-to-day of the role:

Manage and oversee the housing operations within the assigned regions, ensuring efficient service delivery and compliance with all housing regulations.
Address anti-social behaviour (ASB) and coordinate with relevant agencies to resolve issues promptly.
Handle decants effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to residents and adherence to safety protocols.
Implement safeguarding measures to protect vulnerable residents and ensure their well-being.
Collaborate with external agencies for partnership working to enhance community support and services.
Utilise NEC Housing System and CRM housing system for daily operations and tenant management.
Manage procurement processes using Oracle, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with financial regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in social housing management.
Ability to address and manage ASB.
Experience in handling decants and safeguarding issues.
Strong partnership skills for working with external agencies.
Proficient in using NEC Housing System, CRM housing system, and Oracle for procurement.
Access to a vehicle for on-site visits and operational tasks.
