The Role
Reporting directly to the Marketing Director your key responsibilities will include:

The development of a European commercial strategy for the food sector
Playing a key role in the implementation of the 3-year European business plan for the food sector
The development and management of all NPD plans and product launches across the European territory
Together with a small team of Product Managers, provide the business with key customer & market insights and competitor intelligence.The Candidate
This role calls for a highly experienced, commercially focused B2B Marketing Manager, with outstanding leadership and influencing skills. You MUST be able to demonstrate skills and experience in the following key areas:

Extensive experience in a European Marketing and/or Product Management role within organisations selling high value Equipment or Solutions into the Food sectors (e.g., Dairy, Snacks and Confectionary).
To be the "product champion" for your product portfolio, working closely with the sales teams within the direct and distributor sales channels.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and influence key stakeholders within a matrix environment.The Company
