Are you confident in the classroom and able to take control when it matters? We are looking for resilient, proactive Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Bradford.
If you’ve got strong behaviour management skills and can keep students focused and engaged — this role is for you!
Your Role:? Supervise classes in the absence of the teacher Deliver pre-set work and keep students on track Maintain strong behaviour management at all times Think on your feet and respond to challenges confidently Build positive relationships with students and staff
What We’re Looking For: Experience working in UK secondary schools (essential) Confident with behaviour management strategies Calm, professional, and adaptable approach Strong communication skills Flexible and reliable Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
