What We're Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (Year 1 experience highly desirable)
Strong classroom management and communication skills
A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
Ability to plan, deliver and assess high‑quality lessons
Someone reliable, proactive, and passionate about early education
Must have a good level of understanding phonics
