Multi-Modality Imaging Service Engineer
Location: Pennsylvania (Travel required)
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000
SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly skilled Multi-Modality Service Engineer to provide technical support and maintenance for medical imaging equipment across multiple modalities, including X-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound systems. This role is not field-based, with work primarily focused on in-house diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance in Ohio.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of imaging equipment across various modalities.
- Conduct remote diagnostics and provide timely support to resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams, manufacturers, and external service providers to ensure seamless operation.
- Maintain documentation, equipment logs, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Provide technical assistance and training to staff and operators to optimize equipment use.
- Participate in the management of inventories and parts for in-house repair operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with multi-modality imaging systems (e.g., CT, MRI, X-ray, Ultrasound).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical issues independently.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with OEM standards, regulations, and best practices for medical imaging equipment.
