The Financial Controller role will involve:

• Owning management reporting and financial control
• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management
• Building processes and controls as the business scales
• Partnering closely with founders and operational leadership
• Supporting new site openings and expansion

Ideal background:

• Qualified Accountant
• Audit background desirable
• Financial control experience
• Hospitality, retail, or multi-site business experience
• Someone who enjoys building things in a growing business
