Drive sales growth and profitability across new and used vehicle departments in your capacity as General Sales Manager
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets as the key figure in this position
Maintain exceptional levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Handle customer queries and escalations professionally and efficiently
Ensure all administrative processes and reporting are completed accurately and within deadlines
