Seeking teaching assistant in Plumstead who are willing to above and beyond for students provide a safe learning environment.

The ideal candidate will need to be able to adapt to changes within the class, assist the class teacher with observations, planning and be able to work with students in small groups or on a 1:1 basis.

The Role

Support Teachers in planning, preparation, and delivery of lessons
KS1 and KS2 support across all subjects
Keen to get involved with all areas including after school clubs, music, or cooking
Support children 1:1 (if necessary)
Confident and show initiative
Ability to build and maintain solid relationships with staff and students
5 days a week
Expectations of the candidate

Able to maintain good relationships with students and staff
Previous Education experience (preferable)
Someone who is confident and can use own initiative
Seeking Career progression
