Deputy Manager | Elderly Residential Home
Salary: circa £38,000 per annum
Location: Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire
Hours: 40 hours per week **alternate weekends working**

Remit
Compass Associates are working with a valued client who have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead to work in their fantastic nursing home based near the Solihull area. This home provides care for nursing, residential and dementia residents. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience of working in a nursing home environment, working as part of a multi disciplinary team and working within a leadership post in a care home setting such as Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager & Head of Care.

Requirements
2 years experience as Deputy Manager, Care Manager or Team Leader
Previous Care Home experience
Elderly/Dementia experience
Genuine passion for elderly care

Interview Process
There is a 2 stage interview process
Stage 1 - Interview with the Home Manager
Stage 2 - Formal interview with Home Manager & Operations Manager

Location
This role is based near the Solihull area and is easily commutable from Knowle, Marston Green, Edgbaston, Coventry, Birmingham, Coleshill, Dorridge, Kenilworth and Rubery.
