Reports to Superintendent
Responsible for the upkeep of all units within the assigned Portfolio (and If needed, help at other buildings within the managements portfolio)
Ensure that all buildings are kept in clean, safe and sanitary condition. Free of hazardous conditions.
Prioritize work-orders and court stipulation repairs
Completes work as assigned by Supervisor
Responsible for assisting with all repairs (i.e. electrical plumbing sheet rock, tape spackle, painting, tile, carpentry (removing and replacing and or repairing of kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities)
Maintaining of floors – repair, stripping and waxing of floors throughout the portfolio as needed etc.
Ability to use hand tools
Acts as backup for Superintendent Inputting work-orders in computer system.
Acts as back up for Superintendent on call 24/7 for emergencies
ANY OTHER TASKS AS ASSIGNED BY SUPERVISOR(S).
Bilingual a plus
