Role of Travel Consultant:

* Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently

* Creating bespoke, tailor-made holidays to include worldwide destinations, city breaks and cruise holidays

* Offering excellent customer service, guiding your client, whilst building strong relationships

* Offering first-hand knowledge and destination advice

Skills required for the role:

* Previous experience in a tailor-made travel reservations role - essential

* Retail travel or tour operations background

* Strong sales and customer service skills

* Excellent Worldwide geographical and product knowledge

* Able to work with autonomy and offering a pro-active approach

* Confident and engaging personality
