As a teacher in an SEN setting, you will:

• Deliver engaging, accessible lessons in your specialist subject (Science, English, or Maths)
• Adapt learning to meet a wide range of additional needs
• Build strong, trusting relationships with students
• Create a safe, structured, and positive learning environment
• Help learners grow in confidence, independence, and achievement
• Work closely with a supportive SEN team who share your goals

• QTS or QTLS (or equivalent teaching qualification)
• PGCE or equivalent
• Strong subject knowledge in Science, English, or Maths
• A patient, resilient, and adaptable approach
• A genuine passion for working with young people with additional needs
• SEN experience is beneficial but not essential
