We are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee our organization’s ongoing operations and procedures. The GM Role is a key member of our management team, reporting only to the President. The goal of the GM position is to secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth. You will be the company’s second-in-command and responsible for the expansion and efficiency of the business. As an experienced functional leader, you will maintain control of diverse business operations. You will also have excellent people skills, business acumen and exemplary work ethics.
Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
Direct oversight of daily operations of the company (Admin, Marketing, Sales, Operations etc.
Provide hands-on leadership to employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.
Manage relationships with partners/vendors
BS/BA in Business Administration or relevant field
7-10 years related experience and/or military experience
Demonstrated ability to lead both primary operations and sales functions
Strong business acumen and understanding of general business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing etc.
Excellent strategic planning and business development skills with a proven track record of growth trajectory
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
Prior experience in Restaurant/Hospitality & Events or Food & Beverage or Consumer Package Goods (CPG)
MS/MBA or equivalent working experience
An adaptive, entrepreneurial outlook is paramount
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Disciplined and well-organized with proven leadership abilities – capable of managing teams with multiple functions
The demonstrated ability to quickly anticipate, adapt to, promote and lead change.
Be a student of, and successfully implemented, process improvement methodology like Lean or Agile.
