Exciting Opportunity for Ofsted Registered/Deputy Managers**

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Children's Home Registered Manager to come on board at our 3-bedroom home for young people aged 10 - 17 with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties.

As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the home meets the needs of the young people in our care and provides a safe and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

* Managing the day-to-day operations of the children's home

* Ensuring that the home complies with all relevant legislation, regulations and standards

* Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure that the home is safe, effective, and responsive

* Recruiting, training, and managing a team of care professionals

* Providing leadership, guidance, and support to staff to ensure that they deliver high-quality care services

* Ensuring that care plans are developed and implemented in line with the needs of individual young people.

* Monitoring and reviewing care services to ensure that they are meeting the needs of children and young people and their families.

Requirements:

* Registered Manager with Ofsted or willingness to register.

* Level 5 in Leadership & Management ideally or commitment to achieve (paid for)

* At least 2 years' experience in a management role.

* Strong leadership and management skills.

* Excellent orgainisational skills.

* Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and standards.

* Experience in managing budgets and resources

* Passionate about providing high-quality care services for children and young people.
