Join one of the UK's leading facilities management providers at a high-profile critical site in the heart of the City of London.

The Role:
We are seeking a skilled HV Electrical Shift Leader to oversee critical electrical infrastructure, ensuring the highest levels of safety, reliability, and performance. You will lead a small team of engineers on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (days and nights), carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, HV switching operations, and ensuring all critical assets operate without interruption.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise shift teams on all electrical maintenance and operations.
Carry out HV switching activities in line with site-specific safety rules and procedures.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of electrical equipment including UPS systems, generators, and switchgear.
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and compliant with health and safety regulations.
Support client reporting and critical event management.
Identify opportunities for service improvement and energy efficiency.About You:

Approved HV AP (Authorised Person) status essential.
City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation/Maintenance.
Extensive experience working within critical environments (e.g., Data Centres, Financial Institutions, Hospitals).
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage critical incidents professionally.What's On Offer:
