What You’ll Need

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
• Good understanding of EYFS and safeguarding
• Ability to support children’s development and daily routines confidently
• Clear communication and teamwork skills

What You’ll Do

• Deliver care and education in line with EYFS requirements
• Support children’s development through planned and free-play activities
• Complete observations and contribute to planning and next steps
