Salary: £40000 - £45000/annum 80k ote

Working with the owners of this rapidly growing unified communications solutions provider, you'll generate new business opportunities and continue to build on strong relationships at enterprise level, exploiting opportunities with larger customers across a range of verticals. As the role grows you'll build your team and increase revenue and earning potential significantly. You'll be mentored and supported everyday by two incredibly successful Directors who will take you under their wings to ensure you absolutely fly in this role. Learn, get better and make a lot of money! 

With relationships with third parties and top technology brands such as horizon and avaya, you will also work closely with technical teams to create solutions and system integrations that will give you a clear competitive advantage. This method is already in play in the Healthcare space, an area of future opportunities. They are also well known in other sectors and verticals and deliver a full portfolio of technology / unified solutions for small, medium and large customers. This gives you the perfect platform to build on!

Working with the Sales and Operations Directors, you'll be responsible for the following

Building a multi touch sales process

Working with Marketing on campaigns and initiatives

Develop Linkedin sales strategy alongside CRM customer data

Use video messaging for outreach alongside other fresh ideas

Developer a 'subject matter expert' status in your space

Host webinars and events in order to generate business

Manage existing account and explore new opportunities 

Grow revenue and then grow your team

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience working in either telecommunications, IT or software sales. We're looking for a solid, logical and robust career track record from someone who is now looking for a Senior Sales Management position that will involve sales leadership and sales strategy. 

This organization is looking for someone who wants to build a long term career that may result in a future Directorship. We're looking for someone with high energy levels, who is super tech and digital savvy who can bring new ideas to the table. 

This organisation works hybrid and you'd be expected to be in the office for two to three days per week initially with possible additional flexibility after 6 months. Salary is up to 45k - 80k OTE depending on experience.
