We're recruiting for a Framework and Standards Manager within our Centre of Excellence to lead the development and implementation of best-in-class frameworks, standards, and governance models across the organisation. This is a high-impact role where your expertise will shape how we deliver value, ensure consistency, and support innovation.

What you will be doing:

Provide expert advice in one or more specialist areas to inform decision-making, resolve challenges, and shape standards and methodologies across the organisation.
Develop solutions to complex functional problems, contribute to management reviews, and support the evolution of our governance approach-this may include supervising professional or administrative staff.
Support the development of others in your field through training, mentoring, and recommending professional development pathways.
Play a key role in project reviews, peer assists, and stage-gate reviews by offering deep expertise in frameworks and standards. What we are looking for:

Proven experience in designing and implementing organisation-wide frameworks and standard
Project Management Qualification (APM, Prince 2, Praxis
Experience of delivering Projects or delivering activities within a PM
Strong Risk, Benefit, Planning and Business Case Skill
Ability to drive cultural change and encourage adoption of best practice
Strong change management skill
Strong knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance in complex or regulated environments
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence at all levels
