Property Solicitor - Essex

A brand new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a multi office, forward thinking private practice based in South Essex. They are currently looking to expand this department further with a new recruit who can hit the ground running and easily pick up an existing caseload. You will be joining a friendly team of 5 fee earners, combined they have spent over 44 years within the department!

As a Property Solicitor you will have a good quality caseload which will consist of, but will not be limited to:

• Freehold transactions
• Leasehold transactions
• Lease extensions
• Ad hoc property work
