Locum Paediatric Occupational Therapists Band 6 & Band 7

Service: Hillingdon Children's Integrated Therapies Service (CITS)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Preferred)

Band 7 Highly Specialist Paediatric Occupational Therapist

* Lead on highly complex assessments and interventions

* Support team development and deputise for the Clinical Team Leader.

* Deliver safeguarding supervision and performance management of junior team members.

* Take the lead on clinical governance, service improvement and audit initiatives.

Band 6 - Specialist Paediatric Occupational Therapist (Agency)

* Deliver specialist assessment and interventions to children and young people with a range of needs, including those with EHCPs.

* Provide training and guidance to schools, parents, and professionals.

* Manage a varied caseload across home, school, clinic, and community settings.

* Mentor junior staff and contribute to service development projects.

What We're Looking For:

* HCPC registered Occupational Therapists with paediatric experience.

* Passion for working in multi-agency environments supporting children, young people, and families.

* Excellent communication, clinical reasoning and teamwork skills.

* Ability to work flexibly across both Hayes and Uxbridge sites
