What You'll Do
As a Project & Bid Manager, you'll play a key role in both winning and delivering projects. You'll work closely with senior PMs and multidisciplinary teams, gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle. Responsibilities include:

* Supporting and leading the preparation of competitive, compliant tenders

* Coordinating project teams to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to high standards

* Developing project plans and contributing to scope, schedule, cost, and risk management

* Ensuring compliance with nuclear industry regulations and safety standards

* Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

* Supporting contract management and variation handling

We're looking for someone who brings:

* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering

* Experience in nuclear or other highly regulated industries

* Exposure to project and bid management, with a desire to grow into a full PM role

* Commercial awareness and ability to understand client and tender requirements

* Strong communication and coordination skills

* A proactive, agile mindset with a passion for learning and collaboration

* French or Dutch language skills are a plus, but not essential
