Are you a qualified accountant looking to make an impact in a dynamic, growing business? Elevation Senior Finance are working with a well-established and forward thinking business in Leeds as they look to bring a qualified Management Accountant on board. 

This is a key role responsible for the accurate and timely reporting of operating expenditure for one of the group’s core UK entities. You’ll play a vital part in improving processes, providing commercial insight, and supporting the successful embedding of a new ERP system.

• Take ownership of accounting for key P&L lines and assist with other operational cost areas

• Accurately record intercompany transactions across the UK business

• Review operational costs and explain variances to budget and KPIs

• Ensure robust and accurate accruals and prepayments

• Interrogate data in SAGE and Workday to ensure accurate reporting

• Collaborate across finance and operational teams to resolve discrepancies

• Present monthly results to senior finance stakeholders

• Support the annual budget process and year-end audit

• Help embed new ERP systems and improve reporting capabilities

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)

• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with finance systems

• A diligent, proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement

• Excellent communicator with a collaborative, team-focused mindset
